Happy Birthday to Me!
I am still in disbelief that I'm beginning my journey to Africa today. I don't think it will fully set in until I board my plane to Nairobi. Since I was seven years old, I've been completely enamored with Africa and I never truly believed I would get the opportunity to travel there, but through an amazing study abroad opportunity I do! After packing and repacking and repacking, I think I am finally ready! My summer of adventures begins today and I don't think I'd want my 23rd birthday any other way.
